Project Description
COURSES INFORMATION
Course fee is $550 (Plus applicable GST)
This popular course has been expanded to a 2 day workshop to give the participant a more thorough experience of this integrative approach to the female (born with Uterus) pelvis and for the first time a Level TWO workshop has been created! You will easily be able to fulfill your PDP goals in the areas of Treatment, Knowledge, Communication or Patient Care. While being aware of mind-body connection, social issues & expectations, trauma, pregnancies + birthing and how they affect the female’s pelvic mobility we explore techniques that address osseous, ligamentous, visceral & myofascial structures. Please note the term ‘female’ is in no way intended to exclude any person but rather to indicate a pelvis that has an anatomical uterus at birth. Many of the topics are geared towards those that identify as “female, her, she” however are open to & encourage discussion to include those in the LGBTQ2S community. A very high population of our patient base will identify as female, her, she and this course will reflect that while being as sensitive and aware as possible.
We will all learn together when we have open hearts and minds.
**For licensed manual therapists/health care professional only such as RMT’s, PT’s, DOMP’s or Chiropractors.
